Thai-rriffically Tasty Surf and Turf Burger

1 pound Grass fed 85/15 ground beef
1 package Argentinian Red Shrimp with ginger garlic butter
1 package of Brioche hamburger buns
1 bag of Peanut and Crispy Noodles Salad Kit
Organic Persian Cucumbers
Thai sweet ginger sauce
Mayonnaise

Oil
Salt and pepper

Wash and thinly slice 2 Persian cucumbers. Place in a bowl. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and pepper . Add 2 tablespoons of the Thai ginger sauce and toss to coat. Set aside
In a bowl place ingredients from the salad kit and toss until well combined. Set aside.
In a small bowl place 1/4 cup of mayo and 2 tablespoons of the Thai garlic sauce and stir to combine.
Wrap the buns in foil and place in a preheated 250 degree oven to warm while preparing the meat.
Form ground beef into 4 patties of equal portions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook in an oiled skillet over medium high heat until cooked through turning halfway through cooking. Remove from the pan and place on a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
Cook shrimp according to package instructions ( shrimp should be thawed in the fridge overnight)
To assemble the burgers: remove the warm buns from the oven. Spread bottom bun with the mayo mixture top with homemade cucumber “pickles “, cooked burger patty, shrimp (and some of that butter it cooked in) and then top it off with the salad mixture. Drizzle with any remaining mayo sauce and top with the top bun. Enjoy
