Tuscan Herb Rub.
This classic savory mix of garlic, pepper, rosemary and oregano works magic on chicken and will become a staple in your panty. It’s gluten free and crafted in small batches with natural flavoring.
Use 2 teaspoons seasoning per pound of whole chicken. Mix seasoning with 4–6 tablespoons softened unsalted butter. Rub mixture all over chicken and under skin. Bake breast-up at 425° for 45–60 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into breast reaches 165°. Remove chicken from oven, squeeze the juice from half a lemon over the skin, cover with foil, and let rest for 15 minutes. Carve and serve with roasted root vegetables.
