Ingredients
4eggs
1/4cupheavy cream
1/4teaspooncinnamon
1/2teaspooncardamom
1/2teaspoonvanilla
pinchkosher salt
2teaspoonssugar
1tablespoonorange juice
1teaspoonorange zest
1loafbrioche
butter
Instructions
Cut the bread into thick slices
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs until well combined. Whisk in remaining ingredients.
Melt butter in a skillet
Soak the bread in the egg mixture making sure to coat both sides
Place bread into the hot pan of butter. Cook until golden brown. then flip with a spatula and cook until the other side is nicely browned.
Drain on paper towels and then place on a plate to serve. Spinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with som orange zest.
