Ingredients
1poundLean Ground Beef 15% fat
1/2small onion, chopped fine
2clovesfresh garlic, minced
1teaspoonground cumin
1teaspoonground coriander
1teaspoonchili powder
1teaspoondried oregano
1/2teaspoonsmoked paprika
1teaspoonkosher salt
1/4teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Add a little bit of oil to skillet and cook onions and garlic until soft. Add ground beef and brown, stirring, until cooked through. Add remaining ingredients plus a couple of tablespoons of water ad cook stirring occasionally until liquid is absorbed, about five minutes.Serve in taco shells with shredded lettuce and cheese and other desired toppings.
