Ingredients
1largepeachsliced
1apricotsliced
1bottlewhite wine
1/2cupcointreau or grand marnier
12ouncespeach seltzer water
Instructions
Wash and thinly slice one large peach (I used white peaches but any fresh ripe peach will do). If peaches are on the small side, use two.
I also added fresh apricot to this recipe for some extra yumminess.
Place the sliced fruit into a pitcher. Then add the wine and Cointreau or Grand Marnier.
Cover and place the pitcher in the refrigerator for several hours, allowing the flavors to marry.
When ready to serve add one 12 ounce can of peach flavored seltzer water and stir to combine. Serve in chilled glasses over ice and garnish with fresh peach slices and fresh mint. Enjoy!
