Summer Peach White Sangria

Hot summer days call for cold refreshing beverages. This Summer Peach White Sangria is the perfect answer to your summertime thirst!

Ingredients

  • 1 large peach sliced
  • 1 apricot sliced
  • 1 bottle white wine
  • 1/2 cup cointreau or grand marnier
  • 12 ounces peach seltzer water

Instructions

  • Wash and thinly slice one large peach (I used white peaches but any fresh ripe peach will do). If peaches are on the small side, use two.

  • I also added fresh apricot to this recipe for some extra yumminess.
  • Place the sliced fruit into a pitcher. Then add the wine and Cointreau or Grand Marnier.

  • Cover and place the pitcher in the refrigerator for several hours, allowing the flavors to marry.

  • When ready to serve add one 12 ounce can of peach flavored seltzer water and stir to combine. Serve in chilled glasses over ice and garnish with fresh peach slices and fresh mint. Enjoy!
