½ripe avocado
½cupmayonnaise
¼cupsour cream or plain Greek yogurt
2tablespoonsfresh lemon juice

1tablespoonfresh dill

Instructions
Add ingredients to blender: Place avocado, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper into a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth: Blend until creamy and bright green. Scrape down the sides as needed.
Adjust consistency: Add water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dressing reaches your desired pourable consistency.
Taste and adjust: Taste and add more salt or lemon juice if desired.
Chill: Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to develop.
Notes
Fresh herbs make a big difference—avoid dried if possible.
If the dressing thickens in the fridge, stir in a splash of water or lemon juice to loosen.
