20-ouncepackage refrigerated shredded hashbrowns
½teaspoonseasoned salt
2cupscheddar cheeseshredded
6large eggs
12-ouncecan evaporated milk
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonground black pepper
1cupdiced ham
Optional - 1/3 cup green onionsdiced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Add hashbrowns to the bottom of prepared 9x13 baking dish, season with seasoned salt, and bake for 15 minutes.
Add eggs, evaporated milk, salt, and pepper to a mixing bowl and whisk until well-combined.
Add cheese in an even layer on top of the hashbrowns.
Pour egg mixture over top, then top with ham.
Bake for 42-44 or until center is set and top is just beginning to brown.
Allow to rest for 10 minutes after baking before serving.
