Ingredients

  • 2 mangos peeled and diced
  • 3 tablespoons red onion minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeño pepper seeds removed and minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
  • Add lime juice, salt, and smoked paprika.
  • Stir well until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
  • Cover and chill for at least 20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
