Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss strawberries with olive oil, honey, and a pinch of salt. Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Roast for 12–15 minutes, until soft and jammy. Let cool slightly.
In a food processor or mixing bowl, blend feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice until smooth and fluffy.
Warm the honey gently in a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, then stir in chili flakes.
Spread whipped feta onto a serving dish. Spoon roasted strawberries over the top.
Drizzle with hot honey and garnish with fresh basil, cracked black pepper, and extra honey if desired. Serve immediately.
