Ingredients

Roasted Strawberries:

  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Pinch of salt

Whipped Feta:

  • 6 oz feta cheese
  • ¼ cup cream cheese softened
  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Hot Honey Twist:

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ teaspoon chili flakes adjust to taste

Optional Garnish:

  • Fresh basil
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Extra honey drizzle

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss strawberries with olive oil, honey, and a pinch of salt. Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Roast for 12–15 minutes, until soft and jammy. Let cool slightly.
  • In a food processor or mixing bowl, blend feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice until smooth and fluffy.
  • Warm the honey gently in a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, then stir in chili flakes.
  • Spread whipped feta onto a serving dish. Spoon roasted strawberries over the top.
  • Drizzle with hot honey and garnish with fresh basil, cracked black pepper, and extra honey if desired. Serve immediately.
