About Chef Angela:

Angela is a classically trained chef. She graduated from Western Culinary in Portland, OR, and has worked for some of Portland’s finest restaurants, hotels, and catering companies. 

Angela has a passion for creating Innovative comfort foods with high-quality sustainable, fresh, local ingredients, but she also has a soft spot for the classics. When she’s not in the kitchen, you’ll probably find her watching a Trailblazers game, chowing on some Italian food, tacos, popcorn, ice cream or chocolate.

The art of cooking has had a hold on Angela since she was a child, watching her mother try out new recipes and put together cookbooks from copious magazine clippings. She also loves to travel and experience new cultures and cuisines. Top on her bucket list is eating and drinking her way through Italy!

    Hi Angela,
    I look forward to reading more about wine pairing. I love to cook Italian food and, well, wine is pretty much inseparable from the dishes.
    I love Portland! I am lucky enough to have a family member who lives there and is very much a foodie, so it is always fun to visit.

      I just recently visited a winery here and will be posting about that soon. I plan to do much more of them too! I adore Italian food. One day I plan to eat and drink my way through Italy!
