Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • teaspoons garlic powder
  • teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¾ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl.
  • Stir until thoroughly combined.
  • Transfer seasoning blend to an airtight jar or container for storage.

Notes

  • How to Use: Use about 1½ to 2 tablespoons seasoning per pound of chicken. Drizzle chicken with olive oil before seasoning for best flavor and browning. This seasoning is especially delicious on boneless skinless chicken breasts, chicken thighs, pork tenderloin, roasted potatoes, and vegetables.
  • Cooking Temperature: For roasted chicken breasts, cook until the internal temperature reaches: 165∘F
  • Storage: Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 6 months.
