Ingredients

- 1 cup softened butter
- ½ cup powder sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- ¼ cup Lemon juice
- Zest from 1 lemon
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup white baking chips
- 2 ¼ cup Gluten Free Flour
- 1 cup Fresh Blackberries (additional blackberries for garnishing)
Icing
- 1 cup powder sugar
- 1-2 Tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2. Line a 8×8 square baker with parchment paper and set aside.
- 3. In a medium size bowl cream sugars and softened butter with a hand mixer.
- 4. Add vanilla extract, lemon juice, lemon zest and eggs. Mix well and set aside.
- 5. In a small bowl add cinnamon, salt, baking powder and flour together. Mix into wet ingredients.
- 6. Cut blackberries in half and gently fold into batter. Be careful not to overmix.
- 7. Add white baking chips and gently fold in.
- 8. Spread the batter into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- 9. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- 10. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
- 11. While the bars are cooling, mix up the icing in a small bowl. Add just enough lemon juice until the consistency is what you like
- 12. Cut bars into squares and remove from pan.
- 13. Drizzle icing over bars and garnish with additional blackberries and lemon wedges, if desired.
