  • 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved

  • 1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Mediterranean or Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled or small diced

Pro Tips for the Best Greek Salad

  • Pick ripe veggies: Juicy tomatoes and crisp cucumbers make a huge difference.
  • Feta goes a long way: A little salty, creamy goodness is enough.
  • Let it rest: Give the salad a few minutes before eating—it makes the dressing taste even better.
  • Optional crunch: Add toasted pine nuts or cucumbers for an extra crunch factor.

This Simple Greek Salad is proof that healthy eating can be fast, fresh, and totally delicious. Whether you’re serving it for lunch, a quick side, or meal-prepping for the week, it’s a crowd-pleaser that never fails.
